Returns

If you need to return an item for whatever reason, Little Princes & Princesses are very understanding.   We will refund your account immediately or if you wish to exchange, no problem.   We just ask you to return items in their original form, labels intact with receipt of purchase within 14 days.   (please note sale items can not be refunded, we will either exchange or give credit note).

Return postage is your responsibility.   Little Princes & Princesses will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods.  

Once we receive your item, we will then credit your account or exchange as instructed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Privacy

Little princes and princesses is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers.  We will not divulge any information about you to a third party.  Any information we collect about you is used solely for the purpose of processing your order.  your credit/debit card details are processed by our secure service provider.
